September 2, 2007, 2:18pm: A spout above Lake Elsinore, possibly near Lake Drive. There were no reports of the tornado actually touching down (it looks like it did), and no reports of damage, but the northern end of the city received 0.61" of rainfall. Photo by Jennie Osment.
